1. In order to systematize and record films on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorized body maintains a unified automated information system for monitoring films.

2. An organization engaged in film screening activities keeps records and provides information on films to a single automated information system for monitoring films.

3. The Unified Automated Information System for Monitoring Films is maintained in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the field of cinematography.
