1. Wholesale trade is carried out in stationary retail facilities and trade markets.

2. When carrying out wholesale trade, domestic trade entities are required to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory documents, as well as the necessary conditions for the transportation, storage and sale of goods.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
