Article 111. Establishment and publication of the results of the elections of deputies of Maslikhats of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The results of the elections of deputies of maslikhats shall be established by the relevant territorial election commission no later than five days from the date of the elections.

     2. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/29/2018 No. 162-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     3. Other issues related to the establishment and publication of the results of the elections of deputies of maslikhats are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
