Article 112. Registration of deputies of maslikhats of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The relevant election commission registers the elected deputies of maslikhats.
2. The relevant territorial election commission, on the recommendation of the district (city), district election commission or appeals of citizens, may declare the elections of maslikhat deputies invalid if violations of this Constitutional Law occurred during the elections or during the counting of votes or the determination of election results, and refuse to register Maslikhat deputies. At the same time, this decision of the territorial election commission may, within ten days from the date of its adoption, be appealed by the political party that nominated the party list, the political party, the public association that nominated the candidates, and the candidate himself in a single-mandate territorial electoral district to the court, which makes a decision within ten days.
