Article 113-10. Establishment and publication of the election results of the Akim of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The election results shall be determined at a meeting of the relevant territorial election commission on the basis of the protocols of precinct election commissions no later than three days after the election.
A protocol is drawn up on the election results, signed by the chairman and members of the relevant territorial election commission.
2. The candidate who receives the most votes of the voters who took part in the voting, compared with other candidates, is considered to be the elected akim.
3. Other issues related to the establishment and publication of election results are resolved in accordance with the rules established by the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
