Article 113-12. Initiating the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial constituency of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The reason for initiating the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial constituency is the loss of the confidence of voters, including those related to the failure to implement the election program.
2. The initiation of the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial constituency may not be applied during the first and last years of the deputy's work.
The re-initiation of the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district may not be applied before the expiration of one year from the date of publication of the voting results, according to which the deputy's mandate remains.
3. The right to initiate the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district belongs to the voters of the corresponding single-mandate territorial electoral district.
