Article 113-8. Counting of votes during the election of the Akim of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Based on the results of the voting, the precinct election commission draws up a voting protocol, which is immediately delivered to the relevant territorial election commission.

     2. Other issues related to determining the result of the vote count are resolved in accordance with the rules established by the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
