Article 115. Requirements for members of local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     To be elected a member of a local government body, a citizen must meet the requirements established by the relevant law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as have the right to vote in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution and this Constitutional Law.
