Article 119. Withdrawal of candidacy, cancellation of the decision to nominate a candidate for a member of a local government body of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A candidate for a member of a local government body may withdraw his candidacy before registration and two days before voting by submitting a written application to the relevant territorial election commission.
2. During the period before and after registration, a Citizens' assembly may reverse its decision to nominate a candidate by submitting a corresponding submission to the territorial election commission.
3. In these cases, the territorial election commission does not register the candidate or cancels the decision to register the candidate.
