Article 12-1. Electronic product catalog Law on Public Procurement - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2024 No. 106-VIII SAM.

     1. Public procurement of goods is carried out from the electronic catalog of goods.

     2. Public procurement of goods from the electronic catalog of goods is carried out according to the list of goods approved by the authorized body in accordance with the procedure established by the rules of public procurement.
