Educational organizations perform the following functions:

1) immediately inform law enforcement agencies about the facts of illegal acts committed by minors or against them, including those that have become known to them in connection with professional activities outside the educational organization;

2) provide psychological and pedagogical support to students and pupils in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) keep in-school records of students and pupils who require increased pedagogical attention, and provide them with timely support.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 591.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
