1. The server of the hardware and software complex must be provided with the fiscal regime of the cash register, which is a computer system included in the state register of cash registers in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code). The server of the hardware and software complex must be located at the location of the gambling business organizer in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The gambling business organizer, who carries out the activities of a bookmaker's office or a sweepstake, must use a hardware and software package to calculate the odds of winnings for the outcome of the bet, account for accepted bets, calculate winnings based on the results of the bet, account for winnings and payouts on them.

3. The hardware and software complex must ensure interaction with the bookmaker's offices and (or) betting shops and collect and provide information that allows the authorized body to monitor compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

4. Gambling business organizers engaged in the activities of a bookmaker's office and (or) a sweepstake are required to ensure the integration of hardware and software systems with the information systems of state revenue authorities and the authorized financial monitoring body in order to ensure automated interaction on the transmission of information.

The procedure, list and form of information to be transmitted through the integration of hardware and software complexes of gambling business organizers operating bookmakers and (or) betting shops with the information systems of state revenue authorities and the authorized financial monitoring body are established by the relevant government agencies.
