1. Personal data is accumulated by collecting personal data necessary and sufficient to perform tasks performed by the owner and/or operator, as well as by a third party.

2. Personal data is stored by the owner and (or) the operator, as well as by a third party in a database located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The storage period of personal data is determined by the date of achievement of the purposes of their collection and processing, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 N 94-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of personal data, as well as defines the purpose, principles and legal basis of activities related to the collection, processing and protection of personal data.
