Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital:

1) ensure the realization of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candace, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to medical care in the system of compulsory social health insurance;

2) ensure the planning of medical care in the system of compulsory social health insurance;

3) pay for travel within the country for certain categories of citizens according to the list determined by the local representative bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, traveling outside the locality of permanent residence to receive high-tech medical services as part of medical care in the compulsory social health insurance system.;

4) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 405-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the system of compulsory social health insurance in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to health protection.
