The authorized body in the field of culture within its competence:

1) implements the state youth policy;

1-1) implements a set of measures aimed at organizing cultural education and leisure activities for young people;

2) implements a set of activities aimed at finding and supporting talented youth and promising youth creative teams;

3) carries out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations on issues of culture and military-patriotic education;

4) carries out the formation, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order aimed at supporting youth initiatives on cultural issues;

5) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
