Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the field of artificial intelligence and organizes their implementation;

2) determines the operator of the national artificial intelligence platform;

3) approves the list of priority sectors of the economy for the introduction of artificial intelligence;

4) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
