1. If there are contradictions in the norms of regulatory legal acts of different levels, the norms of a higher-level act apply.

2. The norms of laws in cases of their discrepancy with the norms of the codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be applied only after making appropriate amendments and (or) additions to the codes.

3. If there are contradictions in the norms of one normative legal act or normative legal acts of the same level, the norm of the act that was later put into effect or the norm that corresponds to the act that was later put into effect applies.

This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
