1. The technical documentation and labels of electrical energy-consuming devices sold in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan should contain information on the class and characteristics of their energy efficiency.

2. The list of electrical energy-consuming devices subject to the requirements of paragraph 1 of this Article is established by the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. The energy efficiency class and characteristics are determined in accordance with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and carried out by the manufacturer (importer).

4. Manufacturers (importers) are required to indicate the class and characteristics of energy efficiency in the technical documentation and on the labels of electrical energy-consuming devices in accordance with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 13, 2012 No. 541-IV.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the activities of individuals and legal entities in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency improvement.
