Article 12. Functions of the National Chamber in the field of supporting domestic production and increasing the share of domestic value of the Law on the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The National Chamber, in accordance with the procedure provided for by regulatory legal acts, participates in the implementation of measures to support domestic production and increase the share of domestic value in procurement, including:

1) form and maintain a register of domestic producers of goods, works and services, and develop criteria for the voluntary inclusion of applicants in the register of domestic producers of goods, works and services; - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2) collects, processes and summarizes information and information about completed, ongoing and planned purchases of goods, works and services for annual, medium and long-term periods provided by authorized organizations for analysis and monitoring;

2-1) concludes agreements with authorized bodies in the field of hydrocarbons, uranium mining and solid minerals on stimulating entrepreneurship, provided for in Article 39-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use", and also monitors the fulfillment of their conditions, publishes the results of monitoring on Internet resources;

3) analyzes the market of goods, works and services, including the creation and maintenance of an information analytical system for monitoring the market of goods, works and services;

4) conducts analytical research in the field of procurement and increasing the share of domestic value;

5) carries out the creation, development, maintenance and system maintenance of a single point of access to purchases and approves the rules for its formation and management.

2. The National Chamber participates in monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by subsurface users in terms of domestic value in goods, works, services, personnel and social development of territories.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
