Information and consulting support for organizations of the military-industrial complex is provided by:

1) publishing and (or) maintaining reference books, catalogs, newsletters, databases containing information necessary for the development of the military-industrial complex;

2) posting information on the Internet resources of government agencies necessary for the development of the military-industrial complex, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) organization of exhibitions, conferences, seminars, presentation events, demonstrations, as well as assistance in their implementation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of the defense industry, the state defense order, as well as certain issues of the turnover of weapons and military equipment.
