1. In solving the tasks assigned to them, the judicial authorities shall cooperate with central and local state bodies, including law enforcement and regulatory authorities, as well as with officials.

At the request of the authorized financial monitoring body, the justice authorities provide information from their own information systems in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

2. State bodies, organizations and officials are obliged to assist judicial authorities in fulfilling their functional tasks and protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, legal entities and the interests of the state.

3. Cooperation of judicial authorities with state bodies and organizations of foreign states, including with judicial authorities, is carried out on the basis of international treaties.

4. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 18, 2012 No. 547-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication).
