1. When solving the tasks assigned to them, the subjects of foreign intelligence shall interact with each other, with the national security forces and state bodies.

2. Officials of state bodies and organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership, are obliged, within the limits of their competence, to assist foreign intelligence entities in carrying out intelligence activities.

If it is necessary to encrypt information about employees of the foreign intelligence agency in state information systems, the state bodies that own them take the necessary measures to process the relevant electronic information resources in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The procedure for interaction of foreign intelligence entities among themselves is established by their joint regulatory legal acts developed on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2010 No. 277-IV.

This Law defines the status, competence and organization of activities of foreign intelligence entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and members of the intelligence community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
