The education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the principle of continuity and continuity of general education educational and educational programs, includes the following levels of education:

1) preschool education and training;

2) Primary education;

3) Basic secondary education;

4) Secondary education (general secondary education, technical and vocational education);

5) Post-secondary education;

6) Higher education;

7) postgraduate education.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319-III.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
