Article 12. Measurement methods of the Law on Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements
Measurement methods are developed in accordance with Article 8 of this Law and are used for testing research objects in order to evaluate their parameters with established accuracy, as well as for accounting operations.
Measurement methods used in measurements, for which metrological requirements are established in the measurement lists related to state regulation and regulatory legal acts, are subject to metrological certification and registration in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
Measurement methods included in the list of standards to the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union are not subject to metrological certification and registration in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.
This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
