1. The minimum social standard "Minimum monthly wage" contains:

1) the standard working time per month;

2) labor standards (labor duties) of a first-class employee under normal conditions.

2. The minimum monthly wage established annually by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget for the relevant financial year should not be lower than the subsistence minimum.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
