1. The State guarantees citizens the right to work in the field of culture by ensuring the right to participate in cultural life, access to cultural values, and education in cultural and artistic fields.

2. State bodies shall promote the cultural heritage of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the mass media and cultural organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2006 No. 207.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of creation, revival, preservation, development, dissemination and use of culture in the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of state policy in the field of culture.
