Article 12. Online platform recommendation system online platforms and online advertising Act

     1.the parameters used in the recommendation system of the online platform must be described in the user agreement of the online platform.

     2.the recommendation system of the online platform should provide the user with the opportunity to receive content without using profiling.

     This law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of creating, posting, distributing and storing online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
