Article 12. Powers of the Regional Court of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Regional Court:

     1) considers court cases and materials related to his jurisdiction;

     2) (deleted by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11.12.2006 N 199 (effective from 01.01.2007);

     3) studies judicial practice and, based on the results of its generalization, considers issues of compliance with the rule of law in the administration of justice by the courts of the region;

     4) Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2022 No. 176-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     5) exercise other powers provided for by law.
