1. The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer) is obliged to register chemical products.

2. Chemical products that are not registered in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not allowed to be handled.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
