1. Lottery tickets must contain the following mandatory information:

1) lottery name;

2) the name, location, phone numbers and Internet resource of the lottery operator;

3) the number or name of the draw (for draw lotteries);

4) Lottery ticket number;

5) the lottery ticket price;

6) date and place of the prize pool drawing (for the lottery draw);

7) information about the place and time of receipt of winnings;

8) the size of the prize pool.

1-1. Electronic lottery tickets must contain the following mandatory information:

1) the name of the lottery operator;

2) the number of the electronic lottery ticket;

3) the price of an electronic lottery ticket;

4) a link to access extended information about the location, phone numbers and Internet resource of the lottery operator, the name of the lottery, the number or name of the draw, the date and place of the prize fund draw, the place and timing of the winnings, the amount of the prize fund.

2. The information contained in lottery tickets and electronic lottery tickets must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages.

3. An electronic lottery ticket does not require identification by means of an electronic digital signature.
