1. Retail trade is carried out through stationary, non-stationary retail facilities and trading markets.

2. During retail sale, each unit of the product must be packaged, packaged, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the contract or follows from the nature of the product itself.

3. The display of goods, the demonstration of their samples, or the presentation of information about the goods being sold (descriptions, catalogs, photographs, etc.) at the place of sale shall be recognized as a public offer, regardless of whether prices and other essential terms of the purchase agreement are indicated, except in cases where the seller has clearly determined that the relevant goods are not intended for sale.

4. Retail trade outside retail outlets through network marketing, public distributors, mail-order sales and other means is regulated in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

5. Retail trade outside the locations designated by local executive authorities is prohibited.

6. The procedure for the sale and sale of discounted goods is established by the rules of internal trade.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
