Article 12. Revocation of the certificate of accreditation The Law on Auditing
1. A professional organization is deprived of its certificate of accreditation if:
1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/20/2009 No. 138-IV (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2); 2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2020 No. 358-VI (effective after one year from the date of its first official publication);
3) ten percent of the average number, but not less than five audit organizations, members of a professional organization were deprived of their license to conduct auditing activities within twelve calendar months without a request from such a professional organization.;
4) systematically (more than twice in a row) violated the Rules of Accreditation during the year;
5) knowingly provided false information to the authorized body about herself and her activities;
6) the reason for issuing a warning letter from the authorized body has not been eliminated within three months.;
7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/13/2020 No. 325-VI (effective six months after the date of its first official publication); 8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2020 No. 358-VI (effective one year after the date of its first official publication);
2. Professional organizations have the right to appeal against the decision of the authorized body in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities, auditors, audit organizations, professional audit organizations and the professional audit council in the process of conducting auditing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
