1. Transportation and storage of machinery and equipment must be carried out in conditions that ensure their safety in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of safety of machinery and equipment.

2. Persons engaged in transportation and storage of machinery and equipment, their components and parts, must carry out a risk assessment, taking into account all safety requirements stipulated by the designer, accepted technological processes and conditions during transportation and storage.

3. All necessary requirements for ensuring the safety of machinery and equipment during their transportation and storage, preservation of technical characteristics that determine their safety, including requirements for packaging, conditions of transportation and storage, designated storage periods, instructions on the timing of the condition re-examination, replacement of individual elements, parts, assemblies with expired shelf life, must be They are provided in the technical documentation for machines and equipment.

4. Loading, unloading, transportation and storage of machinery and equipment must be carried out by trained personnel in compliance with safety requirements.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
