1. The state management bodies in the field of livestock breeding include the authorized body, including its department with territorial divisions exercising state control in the field of livestock breeding.

2. The head of the authorized body has the right to assign the special title "Chief State Inspector for Livestock Breeding of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to the head of the department.

The head of the department has the right to assign a special name "Deputy Chief State Inspector for Livestock Breeding of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and to the corresponding positions of administrative civil servants of the territorial divisions of the department – special names "Chief State Inspector for Livestock Breeding" and "Deputy Chief State Inspector for Livestock Breeding".

Other officials of the department and its territorial subdivisions who directly exercise state control in the field of livestock breeding are state inspectors of livestock breeding.

The LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN dated July 9, 1998 No. 278.

This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic bases for carrying out activities in the field of breeding livestock, is aimed at preserving and increasing the gene pool of breeding animals, as well as reproducing and improving their productive qualities, regulates the activities of government agencies, individuals and legal entities engaged in the field of breeding livestock.
