Article 12. Storage and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Law On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products
1. The manufacturer has the right to carry out wholesale sales of alcoholic beverages to persons licensed to carry out alcohol production activities.:
1) storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of activities related to the storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages in the territory of its production;
2) storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of activities related to the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production.
1-1. The manufacturer has the right to carry out retail sales of alcoholic beverages through branded specialty stores.
2. Persons licensed to carry out activities related to the storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of activities related to the storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages in the territory of its production, have the right to sell alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons licensed to carry out activities specified in subitems 1) and 2) of paragraph 1 of this Article.

4. The storage and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages to two or more licensees in the same warehouse is prohibited.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, state regulation and implementation of activities of subjects of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
