1. Storage, sale and application of pesticides should be carried out in conditions that ensure the prevention of harmful effects of pesticides on human health and the environment.

2. Mandatory requirements for the conditions of storage, sale and use of pesticides are established by technical regulations in the field of pesticide turnover.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
