Article 12. The mark of accreditation The Law on Accreditation in the field of Conformity Assessment

      1. The accreditation mark is used to inform third parties about the passage of the accreditation procedure by the subject of accreditation.  

      2. The accreditation mark provided to the subject of accreditation must contain the number of the issued accreditation certificate.  

      3. The procedure for using the accreditation mark is determined by the post-accreditation agreement.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2008 No. 61-IV.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
