1. Public services are subject to inclusion in the register of public services.

2. The rules for maintaining the register of public services are developed and approved by the authorized body in the field of public services.

3. The procedure for identifying hidden public services and entering them into the register of public services is determined by the authorized body in the field of public services provision.

4. The selection of public services from the register of public services, for which partner organizations can accept applications for the provision of public services and issue their results to the recipient, is carried out by the authorized body in the field of public services.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
