Article 121. Nomination of candidates for members of local self-government bodies instead of those who resigned after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If less than two candidates for members of local self-government bodies have been registered as of the end of the candidate registration period, the territorial election commission, by its decision, extends the election period, but not more than a month.

     2. In this case, the nomination of candidates is carried out in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law.
