Article 122. Counting of votes during the election of a member of a local government body of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Based on the results of the voting, the precinct election commission draws up a voting protocol, which is immediately forwarded to the territorial election commission.

     2. Other issues related to determining the result of the vote count are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
