Article 126. Registration of members of local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The relevant territorial election commission, based on the protocols of precinct election commissions, shall register the elected members of local self-government bodies within three days from the date of the election.
2. The relevant territorial election commission, upon submission by the precinct election commission or appeals from citizens, may declare the election of members of local self-government bodies invalid if violations of this Constitutional Law occurred during the election, or during the counting of votes, or the determination of election results, and refuse to register members of local self-government bodies. At the same time, this decision of the territorial election commission may be appealed by candidates to the court within five days from the date of its adoption, which makes a decision within ten days.
