Article 127. Holding elections of members of local self-government bodies instead of the retired Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Elections of members of local self-government bodies to replace those who have retired shall be conducted in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law for regular elections. At the same time, the dates of electoral events are determined by the relevant territorial election commission.

     2. One year before the expiration of the term of office of the local government body established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elections of a member of the local government body in place of the retired one shall not be held.
