1. Amendments and (or) additions and the mortgage certificate are made by attaching additional sheets to the mortgage certificate after making amendments and (or) additions to the main obligation, the mortgage loan agreement and (or) the mortgage agreement.

The annex to the mortgage certificate shall specify the number and date of conclusion of the supplementary agreement to the main obligation, the mortgage loan agreement and (or) the mortgage agreement, as well as the essence of the amendments and (or) additions to the mortgage agreement.

2. The owner of the mortgage certificate has the right to require the mortgagor to make changes and additions to the mortgage certificate and their state registration.

3. When changing the mortgagor and (or) the debtor, if the debtor is not the mortgagor under the main obligation, the data (name) and place of residence (location) of the new mortgagor and (or) the debtor, as well as the signature of the new mortgagor, must be indicated in the appendix to the mortgage certificate.

The change of the pledgee is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Law.
