1. Organizational, financial, logistical and other support for the functioning of the Assembly is provided by a legal entity designated by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Organizational, financial, logistical and other support for the functioning of the assembly of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital is carried out by a communal state institution, determined by the akim of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2008 No. 70-IV.

This Law defines the status, procedure for the formation and organization of the work of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan aimed at implementing state policy to ensure public harmony and national unity, increasing the effectiveness of interaction between government agencies, organizations and institutions of civil society in the field of interethnic relations.
