The storage, preservation, use and provision of stage production facilities for national films, partially or fully financed from budgetary funds, are carried out by a legal entity with one hundred percent state participation in the authorized capital, the main subject of which is the production of films.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the field of cinematography.
