Competence of the operator of the national artificial intelligence platform:

1) ensuring the functioning of the national artificial intelligence platform;

2) maintenance and system maintenance of the national artificial intelligence platform;

3) provision of artificial intelligence services based on the national artificial intelligence platform;

4) collection, storage, processing and dissemination of data from open sources, data provided by the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of the "electronic government", as well as owners and owners of informatization facilities;

5) performing other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 No. 418-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of informatization that arise in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan between government agencies, individuals and legal entities during the creation, development and operation of informatization facilities, as well as with state support for the development of the information and communication technology industry.
