Article 13. Advertising in mass media The Law on Mass Media

      Advertising in mass media is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advertising".

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of mass media, establishes their legal basis and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right to freedom of speech and creativity.
