Article 13. Anti-dumping measures in the implementation of public procurement Law on Public Procurement
1. The dumping price is the price offered by a potential supplier, which is below the threshold value determined by the rules of public procurement.
2. The presentation of dumping prices is not allowed, except in cases stipulated by the rules of public procurement, provided that the potential supplier pays an amount in addition to securing the execution of the contract in an amount equal to the reduced amount from the minimum allowable price, which is not recognized as dumping.
