Article 13. Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Of the Law On The National Bank Of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a term of 6 years.

     The Chairman acts on behalf of and represents the National Bank of Kazakhstan without a power of attorney in relations with government agencies, banks, financial, international, foreign and other organizations.  

     The Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is authorized to make operational and executive decisions on the activities of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, with the exception of the powers stipulated by this Law for the Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, to conclude contracts on behalf of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.  

     The Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is responsible for the activities of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1995 No. 2155.
