Article 13. Charitable program of the Law on Charity

     1. A charitable program is developed, approved and implemented by the benefactor and (or) a charitable organization.

     2. The charity program includes goals, objectives, implementation period, estimated estimated income and expenses.

     3. A philanthropist and (or) a charitable organization may carry out one or more charitable programs.

     4. The implementation of the charity program is confirmed by the report of the benefactor and (or) the charitable organization.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
